How wholesale enquiry works

Most B2B buyers reach us on WhatsApp because it is fast for sharing quantities, grades, and dispatch details.

Step 1 — Product and use

Tell us the product name (or send a photo) and how you plan to use it — manufacturing, packing, resale, or export-oriented trade.

Step 2 — Quantity and destination

Share approximate MOQ or tonnage and destination city or state. We do not need exact numbers on day one, but a range helps.

Step 3 — Grade and packing preferences

If you have specifications — finger length, colour, powder mesh, bag type — mention them. If not, we will suggest options based on common trade practice.

Step 4 — Confirmation before dispatch

Before you confirm a lot we align on:

• Grade / batch photos if needed
• Packing type and bag count
• Dispatch window and documentation

Response time

We aim to reply on WhatsApp within a few business hours on working days. Complex multi-product enquiries may take slightly longer so we can check stock and grading.
